帶輸送裝置的數(shù)控橋式鋸床
HKNC-400L 是一款高產(chǎn)量的全數(shù)控控制橋梁鋸，專為實(shí)現(xiàn)最大切割速度而設(shè)計(jì)，能夠消除所有裝載板坯、編程作業(yè)以及卸載部件所造成的停機(jī)時(shí)間。
該橋梁鋸具備全 5 軸數(shù)控鋸的所有功能和靈活性，還配備了專利的部件切割與移動裝置——該裝置集成在一個(gè)永不停歇工作的實(shí)際切割線上。自動板坯裝載機(jī)從側(cè)面持續(xù)為機(jī)器供料，與驅(qū)動板坯通過鋸下方切割區(qū)域并從另一側(cè)卸下切割件和殘余物的傳送帶同步運(yùn)行。
主要特點(diǎn)
1) 自動裝載平臺 - 節(jié)省裝載時(shí)間和人力。
2) 由于激光控制傳送帶，工件定位迅速且高效。
3) 通過人工智能視覺技術(shù)自動檢測板坯位置。
4) 易于編程和操作 - 可以遠(yuǎn)程編程、提前編程或在機(jī)器控制狀態(tài)下幾分鐘內(nèi)完成編程，同時(shí)機(jī)器仍在切割過程中。
5) 自動板坯切割優(yōu)化的嵌套軟件，可最大限度減少浪費(fèi)并優(yōu)化加工時(shí)間。
CNC Bridge Saw with Conveyors
HKNC-400L is a high-production full CNC-controlled bridge saw designed for the maximum speed in cutting and eliminating all down times for loading slabs, programming jobs and unloading pieces.
The bridge saw is equipped with all of the functionality and versatility of a full 5-axis CNC saw, also equipped with the patented manipulator of the pieces Cut & Move — integrated in a real cutting line that never stops working. An automatic slab loader continuously feeds the machine from the side, synchronized with conveyor belts that drive the slabs through the cutting area under the saw and outfeed cut pieces and remnants from the other side.
Main Features
1) Automatic loading platform – saving loading time and labor.
2) Quick automatic workpiece positioning thanks to the laser that controls the conveyor belt.
3) Slab position automatically detected by Artificial Vision.
4) Easy to program and operate – It can be programmed remotely, in advance or at the machine control in a few minutes while the machine is cutting.
5) Nesting software for automatic slab cutting optimization, minimize the waste and optimize the processing time.
