CNC 石材臺(tái)面加工中心
數(shù)控加工中心是一款集高效鋸切和精確修邊功能于一體的綜合性設(shè)備，非常適合廚房臺(tái)面的加工制作。它具備五軸龍門鋸、三軸數(shù)控銑床和邊緣拋光機(jī)的功能，
其中包括：
* 意大利 ESA 數(shù)控系統(tǒng)和Pegasus軟件，
* 3 軸 + 5 軸插補(bǔ)，
* 配備自動(dòng)換刀裝置（ISO40）的主軸，
* 最高轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá) 9000 轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘，
* 采用槽式主軸潤滑，
* 最多可進(jìn)行 22 次換刀操作，
* 自動(dòng)切割過程中用于零件移動(dòng)的真空操縱系統(tǒng)，
* 配備機(jī)載攝像頭和投影儀。
它能夠進(jìn)行各種類型的切割、斜接、未加工和拋光的輪廓加工，以及銑削、鉆孔、反向沉槽、淺浮雕等操作。
該機(jī)器可以根據(jù)客戶的需求進(jìn)行定制，是每個(gè)工廠車間的理想解決方案。
CNC Stone Countertop Machining Center
Hualong MATE cnc working center is an all-in-one machine, combining efficient sawing and accurate edging capabilities, ideal for kitchen countertops fabrication. It includes functionality of a 5 axis bridge saw, a 3 axis cnc router and edge polisher, among them:
* Italian ESA cnc system and Pegasus software,
* 3 axis + 5 axis interpolation,
* spindle with automatic tool change ISO40,
* able to reach a maximum of 9000 RPM,
* with trough-spindle lubrication,
* up to 22 tool change positions,
* vacuum manipulator system for parts movement during automatic cut process,
* on-board camera and projector.
It can perform each type of cutting, mitering, raw and polished contouring, as well as milling, drilling, counter sinking, bas relief, and writing.
This machine can be customized to the customer's needs, it is the winning solution for every fabshop.
